:new: Event is now officially closed. No more extensions, no more entries accepted.

Just a quick question to the judgers who are helping; is anyone currently judging the dressage or tag classes? I know some people have pulled out, I just cleaned up my notes and wasn't sure if anyone was still judging them x3

-----------------------

Serenity Lake has now opened its doors to our first competition, and the staff welcome stables all around to participate in this winter event. Over the course of the next 2-3 months, we're forecast for a lot of heavy snow. Because of this, we thought 'why stay inside all the time?' Instead, we'll hold a competition!
Accommodation is available for both horse and rider and they may stay as long as they need; teams are free to roam the grounds of Serenity Lake as they please.
On the final day, at results night, there will be a party leading into the early hours of the morning. The guests are required to wear formal attire.

Basic Rules

Read the rules thoroughly or risk penalties

- Linearts are not allowed. If you can explain your reason why you absolutely need to use one, I'll make exceptions.
- You may enter a horse/rider in more than one class, but no more than once per class *Exceptions for halter*
- No need to be registered in HorseArt-RPG, just to own and have a stable is enough
- Pre-registration is needed before sending entries in
- Concerning unnatural breeds; special abilities are not to be used. E.g.: Pegasi will not be allowed in the game of tag, show jumping or cross country because of flight ability
- Photo backgrounds will be allowed, but if you create your own you can earn more points
- All classes are suitable for beginner horses, however there are high standards
- Age restriction for horses in all classes (except halter) is 4 years+; for riders is 16 years+

:bulletred::bulletwhite:Game of TAG:bulletwhite::bulletred:

- This isn't ordinary tag. The aim is for horses and riders to avoid being "caught" by one of Serenity Lake's own riders on horseback The tagger: fav.me/d49clu9
- Remember, this is not just about speed. The Serenity Lake staff know the grounds better than the guests, so know some possible shortcuts
- Horses and riders can wear whatever they wish, and it's recommended they wear thick clothing in the harsh weather since you may be out for hours
- You can enter as many riders and horses as you want, but riders should compete individually
- You can draw any scene you want for this part; being caught (everyone will get caught sooner or later), hiding, galloping away etc
- If you do draw your horse and rider getting caught, it'll be by the tagger taking hold of your reins.
